• Integration into the global and European cultural, educational and scientific scope
• Collaboration with the leading international tourist organizations and diplomatic missions
• Implementation of  joint projects and programs of cooperation  with  educational establishments, research institutions and relevant bodies of the European  Union (EU)   and  the Commonwealth  of  Independent States (CIS)
• Formation  of  the  network of  foreign centers for language and vocational practice as well as  internship for students and teachers
• Assistance in the employability of  students and graduates
